Senior Project Manager
Computer Technology Associates, Inc. is actively seeking senior level healthcare professionals that shall produce requirements documentation for the Military Health System (MHS), Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) of the North Chicago VAMC (NCVAMC) and the NHC Great Lakes NHCGL).
This individual will also be responsible for researching and analyzing MHS/VHA project requirements and providing all necessary sophisticated documentation and interagency requirements management throughout the Period of Performance on this Joint Incentive Fund (JIF) work.
The time-constrained level of effort for the NCVAMC/NHCGL Integration will be supported in this work activity for the CAPT James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, North Chicago, IL.
General Experience
Senior Project Manager’s have at least 5 years of experience in project management, business process transformation or change management.
Functional Responsibility
Manages medium to large scale programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program. Directs and coordinates personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program. Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives. Reports to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Equivalency: Master’s Degree and 3 years; Associates and 7 years; No degree and 9 years experience
