Senior Information Collection Analyst in Washington, DC!

We are seeking a Senior Information Collection Analyst to work with a government agency to provide advice, guidance, and technical assistance in developing and implementing agency-wide information management processes and procedures compliant with statutes and regulations with emphasis on the Paperwork Reduction Act and the Information Collection Clearance Process.   Requirements for the position are: Recent experience in survey design and survey methodology. Recent experience using SQL server and statistical programs for data analysis. Information Technology experience to evaluate database systems and recommend upgrades or changes. Minimum 7 years experience providing same or similar analytical support to federal agencies, with a minimum 5 years experience developing, surveys, statistical methodologies, and conducting statistical analysis. Ability to work as part of a diverse team and capability to build positive working relationships across departments. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.
