The Senior Government Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the US Headquarters Regulatory Compliance function. In this role, the incumbent will: ?Serve as the primary interface with the DCAA, DCMA & CAC program. ?Prepare, audit and support the USHQ Incurred Cost submission. ?Maintain Hyperion 3 factor database and allocation methodologies which include auditing, supporting and evaluating the program. ?Respond to audits as assigned. ?Back up forward pricing plan audits. ?Serve as the prime interface to accounting and departments. ?Prepare Forward Pricing Home Office Allocations and audit support. ?Providing Concurrent auditing program support. The position is located in Rockville, MD. -Bachelor?s degree plus 4-7 years of relevant experience is required. -Bachelor?s degree plus 7-10 years of experience is preferred. -Incurred Cost submission experience. -Knowledge of CASS, FAR and DOD procurement regulations. -Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills -Must be able to communicate complex information in a comprehensive and easily understandable manner. -Strong customer focus and able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence. -Solid project management experience. -Experience working with all levels of management. -Courage/confidence to be able to deliver constructive feedback to clients.
