We are looking for a Retirement Planning Consultant for an assignment in Stennis, MS (Near New Orleans).

· In support to our client, the NASA Share Services Contract group, the incumbent will provide NASA’s employees with personalized information regarding their FEHB, TSP, FEGLI and retirement benefits and expertise in calculating detailed annuity estimates for eligible employees.

· Provide in-depth counseling on retirement plans, the thrift savings plan, life and health insurance options, spouse equity laws and other areas as appropriate.

· Assist Agency clients with open seasons for life and health insurance, the TSP and FERS.

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/relevant field or equivalent experience.

· CEBS certified or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) a plus.

· Familiar with the Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) FRC Calc software package to prepare/calculate retirement annuity estimates for interested employees.

· Extensive experience and knowledge of FEHB and FEGLI benefits and respective retirement systems (CSRS, FERS or CSRS Offset).
