Recruiter, Intelligence and Language Center

The Intelligence Center (IC) provides Intelligence Support Services to assist customers in planning and conducting operations on the national, theater, and tactical levels. We have a 21-year history as a full service language company providing language translation and interpretation services to the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), and other Federal agencies. McNeil’s Intelligence Center (IC) is a key DoD partner in the Global War on Terror (GWOT). Our Language Support Services include providing native speaking linguists with demonstrated skills in the world's most difficult and sought after languages to support our nation’s military and other agencies in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The IC specializes in recruiting cleared personnel with approximately 85 percent of the current staff possessing active security clearances.

-Eligible candidates will be responsible for providing a full life cycle recruiting effort, i.e. sourcing, vetting, contacting and hiring
-Provide direct support to the Senior VP, Director of Operations, and Program Managers in identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization’s staffing requirements
-Recruit candidates for both Intelligence and Language positions
-Attend Career Fairs
-Attend Separation classes at military bases
-Cold call candidates
-Utilize online job boards for supplementing sourcing
-Support proposal recruiting efforts and BD requirements

-Eligible candidates must have interpersonal skills
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
-Must be able to coordinate and prioritize numerous tasks
-Must have 1-5 yrs of recruiting experience
-Must be familiar with government contract recruiting
-Must be familiar with utilizing online job boards to source candidates
-Must be a team player
