Recruiter - Experienced
Forfeiture Support Associates (FSA), LLC a rapidly growing government contractor, has a need for an experienced Recruiter demonstrated skills in sourcing and selection of staff of all levels to include, management, professional, and administrative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for domestic recruitment as well as other projects assigned.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a pool of cleared candidates for all labor categories
Review task orders and match applicants with job requirements
Responsible for using judgment and discretion when evaluating the competencies of potential candidate
Write resume summaries and participate in the proposal writing process.
Develop and perform proactive candidate sourcing activities
Manage resumes, job postings, applicant tracking, assigned projects, and various issues of the recruitment process
Screen and refer qualified candidates
Perform reference and background checks on applicants
Negotiate wage and salary rates with candidates
Correspond with selected candidates to notify them of employment consideration
Produce monthly evaluation report of the recruitment process by analyzing and summarizing data and trends
Responsible for networking with Federal Law Enforcement retirement associations for job posting requirements and submissions relative to the nature of the project
File and maintain employment records for future references
Position may require frequent travel
Other duties as assignedThe selected candidate must meet following qualifications and requirements:
College degree preferred with two years of direct recruiting experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, networking, employee referrals and job postings; as well as conducting open houses and job fairs
Strong writing and editing skills are a must.
Experience in proposal writing and or responding to RFPs is a plus
Ability to assess skill requirements and match to available job opportunities
Knowledge of legal and compliance issues in staffing and recruitment
Proven track record of creatively sourcing candidates through various means and developing/recommending recruiting plans for current and future hiring needs
Recent successful experience in recruiting all discipline areas (i.e. business, marketing, technical, and sales); as well as hiring non-exempt and exempt level positions
Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge and use of applicant tracking system(s)
Excellent writing, grammar and oral communication skills
Government contracting experience is highly desired
Military recruitment experience is highly desired
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Interested Candidates must provide their salary requirements when applying.
