RN Case Manager
In anticipation of award, HealthCare Resolution Services, Inc., a leading national healthcare consulting firm, is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to work at Luke AFB in Glendale AZ.
Successful candidates for this position will possess the following:
*Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
*Must have 5 years nursing experience
*Two years experience in Discharge Planning or Case management (Preferred).
*Must have a current US licensed Registered Nurse.
*Must have working knowledge of DoD, Federal, State, non-profit healthcare systems and organizations to include
DoD Tri-Service Military Healthcare Systems, TRICARE purchased care system. Working knowledge of CHCS.
Monday- Friday, No nights or weekends!!!
