Put your knowledge of Human Resources within the Federal Government to work in an extremely employee friendly environment.  YRCI, a leader in Federal Human Resources outsourcing, has immediate opportunities with federal clients and a growing need for people with experience in federal HR.  YRCI’s capabilities extend to federal staffing and recruitment; classification and position management; personnel processing (payroll and personnel actions); retirement counseling and calculations; employee benefits; and employee and labor relations.

 

YRCI is looking for Staffing Specialists (GS 12-14 positions) who have experience dealing with a wide range of Staffing issues including:  conducting job analyses, preparing and using crediting plans with multiple benchmarks and weighting, writing vacancy announcements, determining eligibility, status, qualifications and veterans preference; rating, ranking and certifying candidates, etc. Experience should include merit staffing and delegated examining, for competitive service especially using QuickHire.
