Quality Technician wanted for Successful Company

The Quality Technician will assist in inspecting MK93 Machine Gun Mounts, develop, implement and perform standard inspection and measuring of equipment for new and sustaining product development. Providing feedback to the leadership team, this position will support the development of QA strategies, and tools to maintain continuous improvement of product quality.  Additionally, the position requires analysis for returned product between the repair department and engineering, providing failure analysis expertise for components on all products. The position also includes performing incoming and final inspection with associated documentation as well as promotes and participate in workplace safety.  Experience in working with machine parts is necessary.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist in assembly of MK93 Machine Gun Mounts.
* Develop and perform standard inspection and measuring of equipment.
* Support QA strategies to improve product quality.
* Provide Analysis on return product.

* Promote and participate in workplace safety.

* Previous experience working with machine parts.


Knowledge & Work Experience:
* Demonstrated proficiency in product qualification methods, as well as product development life cycle.
* Planning skills.
* QA experience with new product development.
* Experience with government manufacturing contract work.

* Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and light equipment.
* Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical technical skills.

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 5 consecutive hours or more.

Education & Minimum Years of Experience:

5+ Years testing experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred
