DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CLINICAL SERVICES)
The Division of Mental Health Services, Department of Human Services is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Ancora Psychiatric Hospital in Southern New Jersey.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, and working in close collaboration with clinical leaders, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer will have a lead role in implementing the plan to restructure the hospital's acute and extended care program. EDUCATION: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a Master's Degree in hospital or public administration; public health; business administration or mental health administration, psychology, social work or rehabilitation.
EXPERIENCE: Five years of administrative experience in managing a significant service or program in a psychiatric or general hospital, large mental health facility, or social service agency providing services to persons who have mental illness, is also required.
