Proposal/Technical Writer

The successful candidate will write and edit materials for the proposal procurement process including Requests for Information (RFIs) and non-technical portions of proposals such as Executive Summaries, company qualifications, past performance summaries, and resumes. Research and consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and write technical documentation for proposals.  Provide re-writes and edits for subsequent proposal drafts, develop proposal templates, and format all documentation.  Edit past performance reference write ups.  Write and edit marketing materials, including white papers and web content.  Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience: 7-9 yrs Minimum Education/Experience: 8 years of related experience Proficient in MS Word Bachelors in English Masters degree a plus   Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience working on proposals for the Federal Government preferred. Able to interact with all levels of management. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, completing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Marketing experience desired and is considered a plus.
