Aquilent is currently searching for bright and experienced individuals who thrive on a challenge. Our newest adventure is helping the Department of Defense in streamlining their information technology systems. We are going to help this agency with operating and supporting their IT systems to enable them to receive data from multiple sources, such as the government and private vendors. Specifically, we will be helping with the DOD’s Military Health Systems.
We are currently looking for a Project Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Virginia. This position will provide our Project Manager with support. He/she will be responsible for taking minutes, scheduling meetings as well as composing, typing, and editing correspondence, reports, memorandums, and other materials. Perform additional tasks, as needed and assigned.Minimum of 3 years of Administrative expereinceAbility to multi-task in a fast paced settingWorking knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills and customer service Excellent problem solving skills
