Provides guidance and direction to Division Chiefs on the full range of functions pertaining to supply and support services, transportation, maintenance, logistical support, planning, ammunition surveillance, issue, and inspection services. Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the contract. Responsibilities include: total responsibility and authority for the Logistical and Support Services/USAG-HI performance; development and administration of operating policies and procedures within the limits of corporate and division policies; establishment and maintenance of adequate organization and staffing to meet contract requirements; coordination of the various Divisions and Sections of the facility or operating location; and development and maintenance of Customer and employee relations.
