Our employees serve an important role in helping to keep our families, communities, and nation safe as they review and analyze FBI files in order to provide information that is critical in meeting governmental and law enforcement needs. Position is located in Winchester, VA.

 

Our Program Manager will plan, schedule, and complete analysis and evaluation projects to assess the effectiveness of operations to increase production throughput. Further responsibilities include researching/investigating new or improved business/management practices to improve operations; and developing new or modified standard operating procedures, regulations, goals or objectives. The Manager will also establish, compile, measure, analyze and track performance metrics for individuals, units or programs. 

 

Requires experience managing or leading a diverse workforce in a production environment and possess in-depth knowledge of production methodologies and best practices. Professional certifications (CMfgT, CMfgE, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred, but not required. Minimum Bachelor’s degree also preferred, but not required.
