Individual will perform a variety of administrative tasks: Copy/Print/Bind training materials, briefings, manuals, etc.; Prepare Monthly Calendar and Directory; Order Business Cards; Maintain resumes; Prepare briefings, manuals, training materials; Handle confidential and non-routine information. Individual must be able to work independently and within team settings. Required PCs MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 1+ Years with HS Ability to handle various activities simultaneously while maintaining good communication with team, teammates and managers. Individual must be willing to work overtime. Expertise/Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office products essential. Desired Adobe CS3 Previous experience working in a proposal environment is a plus.
