PRISM Acquisitions Help Desk Analyst
Modis IT is seeking candidates with PRISM Acquisitions and SAP experience to support a federal client. This position can be filled in either of the two project offices: Herndon, VA or Denver, CO. Some travel between the two offices is expected (little). This position may be contract or contract to hire.The Prism Acquisitions Help Desk Analyst will be a customer support-oriented individual who works closely with federal government contracting officers and contracts support specialists to provide functional support for the PRISM system. Requirements: · Candidate must have PRISM experience. · SAP experience - desirable. If no SAP experience, experience with PRISM and another ERP; e.g., Oracle would be acceptable · Help desk experience desirable. Candidate must have excellent record of strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills. · Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with customers and a large project team.
