Organizational Development Manager
This is a 3 month CONTRACT WITH RIGHT TO HIRE POSITION in Burke, VA.
Responsibilities:
Help build a Human Performance Practice in a growing Service Disabled, Veteran-owned Government Consulting firm: our client is seeking a combination of HR/Organizational and Project Management Skills
We are looking for a confident person with a lively personality. Candidates must have a good mix of many of the following qualifications:
-PMP or Facilitation Certification
-HR related certificate or Masters degree
-Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, TQM certification
-ISO Knowledge or experience
-ITIL or CMMI knowledge or experience
-ISD knowledge or experience
-Knowledge of organizational development and/or
organizational change concepts
-Sample technical writing, step action diagrams, process design and/or program plans
Required Skills
-Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
-Ability to translate technical information into simple text
-Demonstrated Facilitation Skills
-Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word skills
-Basic Visio Skills
Other desirable skills include:
-Knowledge of SCORM and 508 Accessibility Standards
-Microsoft Project Skills
-Experience with Federal Clients
