Operations Specialist

TKC Integration Services (“TKCIS”) is 100% owned by QIVLIQ, LLC. PRIMARY FUNCTION
Incumbent is able to work through different areas of order management. Functioning under general supervision in accordance with established policies/procedures is accountable directly for Area Sales Operations. Primary responsibility is to support Sales Reps in all sale operations tasks. Sales Operations support activities include, but are not limited to, Purchase Order Management, processing Purchase orders, Invoice Questions, Expired products & Backorders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process Customer Orders
• Consolidate Orders and Quotes and Generate vendor Purchase orders
• Track Order Status
• Generate Invoicing and payment requests and track status of Orders.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Knowledge of IT systems and the ability to organize workflows to support multiple Field Sales Representatives from quoting to invoicing
• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 yrs. related experience.
EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS
Must have personal computer skills including a working familiarity with relevant word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Access). Evaluation, originality and/or ingenuity required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
General office environment with no special physical demands required. Some occasional lifting up to 20lbs and moving of office equipment and supplies may be required.
