The Delta T Group has been in business for over 15 years. Our corporate headquarters is located in Bryn Mawr, PA. We have 14 affiliate offices and are currently expanding; we are planning to be nationwide within the next 5 to 10 years!
Delta-T Group specializes in placing behavioral healthcare professionals on an interim basis. JCS Military Support Services, a partner company of Delta-T Group, specializes in supporting the mental and behavioral health needs of the US military and the department of veterans affairs.
The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates nationwide through. The candidate should possess a successful track record in recruiting in a fast paced environment and have an ability to multitask.
The responsibilities include: utilizing innovative recruiting techniques, scheduling and staffing healthcare facilities, interviewing and appropriately matching professionals (Social Workers, case managers, drug and alcohol counselors, psychologists and psychiatrists), continuously provide excellent customer service to existing clients and actively maintain client schedules.
In addition, the recruiter will be expected to increase business within their own client base. This candidate should be detail oriented and organized and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 + yrs total working experience & at least 2 years in the Recruiting.
