NYC-Payment Processing Supervisor NYC-Payment Processing Supervisor Supervise the Payment Processing unit of a long term outsourcing project. This includes managing the work efforts of a staff of 6. Responsible for :-Scheduling and assigning various tasks within the unit (payment claims, credit balance research, time payment holds, system adjustments, etc.) -Ensure accurate collection and processing of all payments received through Lockbox, Cashier, Marshal and Sheriff remittances. -Ensure accurate and timely update of payments to Client database daily. -Modify and implement procedures for the unit including manual updates. -Review staff performance and document performance evaluations. Required Skills:Some supervisory experience requiredPC computer experience and customer service experience Detail oriented Excellent communication skills (in-person and phone) Excellent mathematical and problem solving skillsLegible handwritingPreferred Skills:Must be team oriented Bilingual a plusHardware/Software Skills:Microsoft OfficeEducation:Some college required.
