NYC - Hearing Support Representative NYC - Hearing Support Representative -Working knowledge of all Hearing Support unit functions including Reception Area, Disposition Room and Bridge. -Process case folders for in-person and mail adjudications.-Support and interface with hearing officers, senior hearing officers and Legal Director.-Filing and retrieving case files, tapes and legal documents.-Heavy interaction with the public including serving decisions.Skills Needed:-Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational, supervisory and customer service skills. -Attention to detail-Must be team orientedHardware/Software:Microsoft OfficeEducation Requirements:College Degree preferred.
