Successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Ensure Capital Compliance with IRS Regulations, IFRS, FAR, CAS & Company Policies, Ensure Capital Compliance with Internal Controls, Identify & Execute Process Improvements, Budget & Forecast Cash Performance, Drive & Report on Actual Cash Performance, Manage Federal & State Income Tax Reporting, Provide Capital Investment Analysis Manage the Acquisition and Depreciation Process, Oversee Proper & Timely Property Tax Reporting, Manage the Billing & Collection Process and Manage the Contract Closeout Process.
