Manager - Contract Administration

Position DescriptionPerform high level contract and subcontract administration/management/negotiations involving significant contracts with minimal supervision. Reports to Director for Contracts, POC with customer. Provides thought leadership in addressing Contracts/Program issues. Ongoing interface with Program/Project Management and Project Accounting functions. Involved in contract/subcontract negotiations, RFP response, etc. Must effectively interface with all levels of company management.  QualificationsBA/BS required, with minimum of 5 years of Contracts administration/Management experience. Strong written/verbal communications skills, strong knowledge of FARs/DFARs and related Government regulations and practices. GSA experience a plus. Self starter/ Computer proficient. USIS is a equal opportunity employer.
