The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business analysis, application development and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business capabilities. Manages application developers and support personnel. Manages all aspects of large IT projects and/or technology initiatives. Ensures technical, system, performance, cost, schedule, and quality to meet defined requirements. Initiates, manages and leads large projects and resolves the most complex computing problems on multiple systems. Provides technical consulting, support, maintenance, mentoring and process training. Advises staff on policies, procedures, standards and controls. Supports IT related business planning requirements including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning. Required In depth working knowledge in two or more IS disciplines such as Financial, Manufacturing, Office or Engineering information systems Analyzes business needs, evaluates new technology, and presents recommendations. Oversees planning, testing, and implementation schedules for systems, networks, hardware, software, or applications. Manages IS projects and/or technology initiatives to address planning, designing, implementing, and operating information systems to meet cost, quality, performance, innovation, and schedule requirements. Maintains current knowledge of industry practices, trends and application of information technology products to enhance the computing capabilities of the business and is considered to be a technical expert in the field. Plans and manages resources to ensure all project obligations and objectives are met. Provides administrative and supervisory leadership for technical support, maintenance, and specialized training on the most complex systems, hardware, software, applications, standards, and procedures to ensure effective systems utilization and integration.
