Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Logistics/Transportation Logistics Technical Writer  Job Description: Our client, a defense supply contractor, is actively seeking a Logistics Technical Writer for their Richmond, VA facility.Qualified Logistics Technical Writers will be responsible for: -Developing, designing, formatting, writing and editing military training and technical documents/manuals -Performing editorial review of technical manuscripts to endure compliance -Reviewing manuscripts for logic and clarity of expression -Advising authors of methods for improving documents -Coordinating recommended changes with authors -Ensuring materials written are in conformance with prescribed formats -Monitoring and overseeing the progress of materials through the publication processQualified Logistics Technical Writers will have: -Military background and 3+ years technical writing experience required -Associates or Bachelors degree preferred -Excellent communication skillsThis is a PERMANENT opportunity, offering COMPETITIVE PAY and FULL BENEFITS.
