Janitorial Project Manager

Project Manager

 

Location: El Segundo, California.

 

General Job Requirements:

- Must have 5+ years experience operating and managing large scale janitorial site and workforce

- Experience budgeting labor force and budgets

- Customer service experience a plus

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Management, coordination and supervision of a large janitorial space (90,000 Square Feet +) under government contract and requirements

- Ensure personnel are properly hired, trained & motivated.

- Scheduling and training different responsibilities

- Direct Reporting to Company Management

- Requests from Government

 

Suggested Skill Set:

- Department of Defense (DOD) experience

- Knowledge of OSHA Regulations

- E7–E9 knowledge a plus

- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word/Excel, Email) a plus

 

Salary is very competitive and based on experience. Benefits may include Vacation, paid major holidays, health and welfare.
