This successful candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture, design, and implementation of large scale/complex application modules. Fully participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Maintain and follow CMM Processes. Produce requirements and design related documentation. Mentor other software developers on the team. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience: 10-12 yrs Minimum Education/Experience: BS or higher/ 10-12 years of IT experience.Qualifications: Minimum Skills (prioritized)1.    J2EE a. JSP (ui-tier) b. EJBs (mid-tier) 2.    Software Development (SDLC)3.    Communication Skills (verbal and written)4.    Oracle or other RDBMS5.    UML or other S/W Development Methodologies.6.    Familiarity with CMM7.    IBM WebSphere Security Clearance: USPS Sensitive Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
