Provides support to the Program Manager (PM) and Government Security Manager in the day-to-day completion of security administration for Special Access Program/Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) programs; covers all disciplines to include Operations Security (OPSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSTSEC), Emissions Security (EMSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Acquisition Security, Automated Information Systems Security and the Security Education and Training Programs. Have a working knowledge of SAP/SAR policy and other security directives such as JAFAN 6/3, 6/4, NISPOMSUP Overprint, and Joint DoDIIS/Cryptologic SCI Information Systems Security Standards in order to administer program security activities based on applicable guidance. Provide support within a SCI facility as directed by the security manager. Implement the OPSEC plan providing training to include awareness training for unique organizational activities. Assist functional planners in identifying OPSEC indicators, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures; coordinate implementation of OPSEC measures. Advise on SAP/SAR guidance and perform security classification reviews. Assist in the preparation and development of Program Protection Plans (PPRs), Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254s), and other security plans as needed. Assist in the planning, modification, accreditation and maintenance of SAP/SAR facilities. Generate and implement an addendum to the facility Standard Operating Procedure. Assist in the development of an Emergency Action Plan that provides maximum security based on risk management. Maintain all security processes for program areas accredited for storage and/or discussion of SAP/SAR information. Establish and maintain physical security documentation records as they pertain to a specific program area. Assist the Security Manager/PSO in conducting security self-inspections/Security Program Reviews, where required to insure compliance with established policies. Assist in the development of various security plans and certifications as required. Assist in the development of security education and training programs designed and tailored to meet the specific security needs of the program. Additional duties as directed by the security management team. Required6+ Years with HS or 3+ Years with AA or 0+ Years with BSThree to Five years of experience in a security related field and one-year experience in SAP/SAR preferredCompletion of two DSS Academy on-line career development courses desired. Additional experience used as discriminator.HS Diploma required.Working knowledge of DoD, Air Force, JAFAN directives for program implementation. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required. Must be organized and have strong attention to detail skills.
