Intelligence Community IT Support

Advanced C4 Solutions provides Joint, Tactical and Strategic communications support to Combatant Commanders, government agencies and the private sector.  AC4S has a rare blend of expertise in both the commercial and DoD  joint communications communities.  AC4S is a company capable of supporting the full Life Cycle of complex, advanced information technology projects.  Joint C4I communications is our specialty, but we also possess Domain expertise in Service Component and Enterprise networks.  AC4S also provides intelligence support services to the military community.

Performs complex accounting tasks in general or specialized accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, or General Ledger; works under limited supervision; performs additional duties as asigned.

Duties:

· Responsible for monitoring all project overrun by analyzing financial reports ensuring proper allocation of allowable, unallowable, direct and indirect costs.

· Should have knowledge of reading contract modifications.

· Able to report to all levels of corporate and divisional management and other parties to resolve questions and any special requirements that arise.

· Able to work independently on closeouts of CPFF, CPHF, FP, T&M, CPAF, etc..

· Follow established accounting policies and procedures.

· Prepare and analyze schedules for unbilled costs/receivables.

· Provide support for various DCAA audits and other adhoc duties needed.

· Participates in special projects as required.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Deltek and Costpoint.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with Crystal Report a plus.
