A minimum of one year experience in video teleconference (VTC) support. Experience with the operation and troubleshooting of projectors, cameras, lights, and microphones. Familiarity with networking: routing, TCP/IP, ISDN. Familiarity with the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office environment. Five years or more IT network administration with demonstrated skills listed: Excellent written/oral communications and teamwork skills.
