Information Operations Engineer Provide information operations (IA) support to HQ USSTRATCOM, external commands and agencies. Provide direct support to the JFCC-GSI /J53 Mission Analysis process. Provide support on behalf of JFCC-GSI /J53 to HQ USSTRATCOM,external commands and agencies, Have expertise on various Information Operations planning, targeting, threat, effects, and analysis tools. Examples include in this case: Information Operations Navigator (ION), Information Warfare Planning Capability (IWPC), Information Operations Planning Capability - Joint (IOPC-J), and Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT). Support Operational Acceptance Testing or User Acceptance Testing of multiple software tools as necessary. Create, maintain, and disseminate GSSDs to customers. Provide new user (internal and on-line (external)) training and support as requested. Attend GS/Theater IPT meetings, as directed, and provide feedback/reports/information as necessary. Assist with production prioritization as directed. Recommend improvements in areas such as process and software improvements. Provide 24-hour support during exercises and crises. Provide Quality Assurance (QA) services during production activities. Provide support by integrating with and tasking intelligence supportand operations IAW JFCC-GSI/J53 process. Track and monitor satisfaction of all branch production support requirements. Represent the branch/division at technical meetings and conferences as directed. Draft background/point papers as directed. Ensure all security regulations, contract regulations and international laws are adhered to and satisfied. Integrate new capabilities in the Directorates Mission Analysis and Operational Planning environment, particularly GSSD production. Must have the following: 1. 5+ years of Information Operations 2. Non-Kinetic 3. Excellent oral and written communications skills is an absolute requirement. 4. Must be a self-starter, motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and work well in a team environment. 5. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with military and government representatives on a frequent basis. 6. Bachelor's Degree in related field. 7. Years of experience may be substituted for degree. 8.
