Inbound Customer Service Representative

In bound Benefits Help Desk Paid Classroom Training ProvidedSpherion is seeking 48 flexible, committed Customer Service Representatives for a fortune 500 company located in downtown Cleveland. Duties Include: Provide information on the mailing and issuance of the previous years 1099-Rs, Reissue 1099-Rs based on information received from the customer Respond to general retiree beneficiary inquiries Make authorized changes to beneficiary information and/or mailing address  Respond to general questions concerning the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for retiree military members Respond to general questions about retired military pay upon receipt of appropriate training Qualified candidates MUST meet ALL of the following criteria, NO EXCEPTIONS Previous Call Center Experience (In bound or out bound accepted) High School Diploma Required Strong computer skills - to include MS Excel, Word and Outlook Pass a Credit Screening NO Past Due Balances on financial obligations NO unreleased tax liens or legal judgments NO open bankruptcies - must have discharge paperwork and schedule listing of creditors Pass a Background Screening NO Felonies Misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis Credit Check and Fingerprinting will be conducted  Commitment to a 6-12 month assignment Solid work history, Strong work ethic, attention to detail and Punctuality Maintain superb customer service attitude and professionalism Available to work an 8 hour shift between 7:00 AM & 7:30 PM Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periodsONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
