Triumph has an immediate need for an IT Specialist to lead and maintain our technology functions. Specific duties will include Systems Administration, including the planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and management of the IT network systems in support of the IT architecture and business needs.
Perform as expert in desktop OS and standard desktop applications; plan, design, test, integrate, and implement new desktop operating systems and office productivity packages to ensure compatibility and accommodate the user requirements.
Develop and maintain configuration control for IT solution projects; develop procedures and policy on software configuration control and manage acquisition, testing and deployment of all software applications.
Development of IT Policies and Procedures
Develop and maintain accurate IT system documentation to include user requirements, project plans, software build, patches, backed up, servers, and network devices throughout its life cycle.
Function as project lead on various IT projects: project planning, scheduling, budgeting, gaining management approval, monitoring progress, reviewing deliverable for quality, and cost controls.
Manage and maintains all IT assets, the documentation of the IT asset, its location, and other pertinent and/or identifying data.
System Security: develop and maintain all appropriate IT system controls and procedures to maintain data/system integrity, availability and confidentiality.
Review and analyze customer requests for equipment or services; assist and resolve desktop and network problems; work effectively with all levels of the personnel in the organization.
Required Clearance:

None, but U.S. citizenship is required.


Required Education:

Associates degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.


Required Skills & Experience:

At least five (5) years IT experience, with specific experience in the following: Hardware & software integrationDeveloping systems policies & proceduresIT asset managementSharepoint, Windows 2007, and other standard operating environmentsEffective at analyzing and resolving IT issuesExcellent verbal & written communication skills
