Heating/Ventilation/Air Condition Repair Tech (HVAC)

Location: Fort Meade, MD 20755 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate: 25.00 - 30.00 USD /hourDepending on Experience Reference Code: 1001140785 Our client is looking for a Subcontractor to perform a survey of all HVAC equipment in the buildings at Ft Meade, MD.  The task is to survey approximately 308 (minimum 250 buildings) on Fort Meade to gather the following information:  Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC).• air compressors: where, make, model, capacity• air handlers: where, type, make, model, capacity• boilers: where, type, make, model, capacity BTU, age• chillers: where, type, make, model, capacity tonnage, age• cooling towers: where, type, make, model, capacity• computer room units: where, type, make, model, capacity• controls system: where, type e.g. pneumatic or DDC, make, model• direct expansion systems/split systems: where, type, make, model, capacity tonnage• fan coil units: where, type• frequency drives: where, type, make, model, capacity• furnaces: where, type, make, model, capacity BTU• heat pumps: where, type, make, model, capacity• heaters, e.g. radiant, unit: where, type, make, model, capacity BTU• humidifiers/de-humidifiers: where, type, make, model, capacity/size• pumps/motors: where, type, make, model, capacity• return air fans: where, type, make, model, capacity• VAV Boxes: where, type, make, model• ventilation fans: where, type, make, model, capacity• window units: where, type, make, model, capacityThe person must be a US citizen will need to pass a National Agency Check. No other clearance required.  The person must have at least 3 years HVAC repair experience and have their own Privately Owned Vehicle (POV).   Normal duty hours are expected.  Results of the surveys will be compiled on paper forms and submitted to our onsite Project Manager (PM).  The PM will schedule the buildings and provide daily supervision.
