Job Description:Serve as the lead point of contact and primary client interface for data analysis and business process improvements Adhere to the approved life cycle work patterns, standards and procedures for systems development, as well as assigned roles in change, issue, risk and project management processes Create and maintain business requirements trace ability matrices, process flows and use cases (day in the life flows) supporting the development of system applications Serves as the liaison between the business and technology staff and host Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with users to identify, define and confirm system requirements Analyzes new business requirements and prepare change requests for implementation of system applications. Clarify business objectives and link those objectives to client’s overall business goals and strategy Participate in system testing activities, to include the preparation of test plans, cases, scenarios, and data as well as the execution of system integration testing and system acceptance testing. Assists in providing system training in accordance with the project contract requirements Prepare system documentation to include functional specifications, testing documents, user manuals and training materials Participate in project meetings to represent MAXIMUS in addressing needs of the client and other project stakeholders Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, statistics, or related field; or six years of relevant experience Accounting background and/or experience with Oracle Financials preferred Understanding of Oracle development tools and techniques, including Oracle Designer, PL/SQL and Oracle Java Technologies Ability to tabulate, extracts, graph and analyze data Excellent analytical/statistical skills and an understanding of technology and its role in Health Services business operations Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously Must have the ability to quickly learn and use technology concepts and methods to support business operations Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and other computer software applications Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately Demonstrated ability to present data effectively Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
