FPMI Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Specialist in our Crystal City, VA office to perform the following duties. • Prepare vacancy announcements that include all relevant job duties, GS equivalent pay banding ranges, locations and required knowledge, skills and abilities. • Review applicants to determine basic qualifications and referral for further consideration. • Certifies eligible applicants to management for consideration and selection. • Reviews qualifications of TSA employees under consideration for non-competitive actions. • Other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates typically have senior level federal experience in staffing and classification.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a BS / BA degree or equivalent experience in federal staffing and/or recruitment. Interested candidates should apply online.
