HR Generalist (Customer Liaison)

The Customer Service Liaison (CSL) serves multiple functions - they work with executives and managers in the field to identify and help resolve Federal HR issues as they arise and before they become problems, are readily accessible point-of-contact for questions and problem resolution, and are customer advocates, ensuring that customers' concerns are communicated and addressed.  CSL's ensure that new initiatives are communicated effectively with key field officials and that their implementation is coordinated and carried out with minimum disruption.  CSL's will be assigned to a specific region within the US supporting all airports where the customer operates, the main focus being on the larger airports.  Headquarters is located in Washington, DC with 13 positions available throughout the country. Job Requirements: Ten to fifteen years HR business processes knowledge and skill in at least two different functional HR areas.
