The Opportunity Are you an expert in the government contract process, with an ability to collaborate with associates and synthesize details into a comprehensive form to meet client needs? If so, Gallup invites you to join our talented team of associates. In our world-class organization, you will be the contract expert from proposal stage to execution, assisting in government reviews and audits. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail who will take pride in achieving results and assume responsibility for projects. At least 3 years of experience in government contracts, subcontracts, and agreements Strong working knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)/DFAP (Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy) and prevailing agency acquisition regulations CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager), CCCM (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager), or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) designations are helpful but not required Must be detail-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure, and able to adjust priorities as needed under changing conditions Duties include tracking proposals, budgets, contracts, and all revisions Excellent organizational skills for monitoring and maintaining rate records and filing required government submissions Gallup does not typically sponsor foreign citizens for H-1B visas or permanent resident status for this position.
