Financial Analyst with AFMLS
A Financial Analyst executes the following duties:
Provides general financial management and budgetary support
Performs seized and forfeited asset related accounting functions
Monitors and reviews reports on seized and forfeited asset related accounts
Reviews invoices and receipts related to seized and forfeited asset related accounts
Performs certain liaison functions with clients with respect to budget execution
Reviews reprogramming requests of clients
Provides program specific analysis to support budget formulation, budget execution, and financial reporting processes
A Financial Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
Possess a four year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
Requires experience in Government accounting system
Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software
Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure First consideration will be given to candidates holding a SECRET level clearance. Must be eligible for Secret level clearance. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.FSA offers a comprehensive benefits package.
