Allegis Group, Inc. - Corporate Location: Lanham, MD 20784 Position Type: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Federal Marketing Manager Job Description: Our client, a large Defense & Intel Contractor is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for their Knowledge and Information Management Division in Lanham, MD. On a day-to-day basis the candidate must be able to manage all efforts to support a growing sales department. In addition, the candidate must be able to manage the development of marketing materials, promote solutions through various media and engage with other business groups to promote solutions within existing client base. To be qualified for this position, candidates must have established relationships in the intelligence community and other government agencies. A successful candidate should have experience managing people and marketing related projects, possess excellent communication skills, presentation skills and customer relationship skills. Also, candidates must be action-oriented and have the ability to multi-task with rapid turnaround requirements. Additionally, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a minimum of ten to twelve years of government sales/marketing and project management experience. Requires a proven track record, and a minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience in the IC, DoD, and/or Federal Civilian markets. TS Clearance a plus or must be obtainable. Position has the ability to work remotely throughout client locations in the DC Metro area if needed.
