Federal Classification Specialist
We are looking for a senior HR Classification Specialist with strong experience directly supporting the federal government, performing classification, job and desk analysis, writing and reviewing position descriptions, analyzing grade structures and position management strategies. The successful candidate will have experience including position management, implementing and processing reorganizations, classification of a wide range of federal positions in different series, and must have the ability to analyze complex classification issues and provide solid, sound solutions to them. This position requires clearability at the Secret level.
