FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER

The Dixie County Health Department is seeking a Family Support Worker, PSN DOHHe1143. This is a paraprofessional position responsible for providing in-home and community as well as clinical support services to individuals who receive assistance through the LIP (Low Income Pool) Grant. This position is under the direct supervision of the LIP Nursing Program Consultant. Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to travel. Must have basic computer skills. Must have experience working with the public. Must have good communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be willing to work in Dixie and Gilchrist counties. Must be fingerprinted.
