Position Description and Duties:



The Executive Secretary will provide administrative support including preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, detailed documents, agendas, presentation, and complex reports. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, and customer relations. Position requires stong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and vendors. The applicant must be well organized and be able to prioritize.



Qualifications:

Associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred) in related field with 3-5 years experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience that meets the minimum qualifications. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, listening, and written and oral communication skills are needed.
