Executive Administrative Assistant in support of the Airborne, Maritime, and Fixed Stations (AMF) Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) Program Office. Candidate will perform a variety of complex administrative assignments that require in depth working knowledge of office procedures, practices and operations. Candidate will specifically support the AMF Maritime, Fixed Station Product Manager and Director of Operations.Specific Duties:• Responsible for receptionist duties in direct support of Operations for the AMF Maritime, Fixed Station Product Manager and Director of Operations. • Maintain electronic calendars, scheduling appointments, conferences, and meetings with authority to commit superior’s time. Plan and execute official events as directed. • Receive and review all correspondence prepared for signature in accordance with regulations, verifying grammar, format and office policies; acts in a liaison capacity to superior’s subordinates to minimize demands on superior’s time. • Compose administrative correspondence on office procedures or official correspondence for superior’s signature • Create and maintain control logs, suspense logs, and action documents. • Create, coordinate and monitor all internal and external suspense.• Computer related responsibilities involve advanced word processing, spreadsheet build, chart preparation and graphics using Microsoft Office products. • Build PowerPoint briefs, and assist with presentations of material at briefings, meetings and conferences. • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. • Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented • Knowledge in the use of other general office equipment. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and 6 years directly related administrative experience required.Additional Requirements:• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products for word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, email, and calendaring. • Shall have experience and demonstrated ability in the maintenance and use of databases.
