Electrical Design Engineer capable of cradle to grave electrical design, schematic capture, electrical layout. while supporting system level design. Candidate should be familiar with PCB manufacturing and embedded hardware and software in an R&D environment.Specific Duties:• Develop electrical subsystem requirements • Collaborate on subsystem mechanical and packaging concepts for embedded electronics and sensor systems. • Assist in all aspects of schematic development, capture, layout, and building of PCB with state of the art sensors custom embedded software. • Work closely with professionals of different backgrounds to define technical gaps, gauge progress, and support project completion. Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years directly related work experience required.Additional Requirements:• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. • Ability to travel up to 25% or less. • MS Office Suite • RF and/or Wireless communication experience Preferred Skills:• Protel, C#, ZIGBY Location: Huntsville, AL 35801 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Engineering Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree  Â
