TMLP, a municipally owned electric company located in Taunton, MA has an opening at their Cleary Flood Generating Station for an ESO.
Â
We are seeking an experienced ESO who can essentially hit the ground running. The primary duties include but are not limited to: Control of the electrical operation of a Power Generation facility and substations, synchronizing turbine generators to electrical grid, operate and monitor equipment such as SCADA systems, switchboards, high voltage circuit breakers, voltage regulators,  perform and record test of equipment and perform and coordinate switching of circuits.  Knowledge of repair and maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with loading schedules, procedures and regulations is required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of distinguishing colors. Four (4) years of experience in the electrical/power technological field is required. Completion of an Apprentice ESO program or equivalent is preferred. A Journeyman Electricians License is also preferred.
