Division Director/Account Manager

Ensures budgets and schedules meet company and customer requirements. Establishes short and medium range objectives and delegates assignments to lower level managers, with review and assessment as needed. Has business development responsibilities for the division and business unit. Uses experience, ingenuity and judgment to deal with issues. Plans approaches to achieve results and handles non-routine issues by following broad policy, guidelines, or precedent. Regularly interacts with executive level management and major customers/stakeholders. Interactions normally involve sensitive situations, customer relations, or influencing and persuading others. Guides directly and through lower level managers the staff to achieve assignments using established guidelines, practices or instructions.
