Qualifications

1.TS/SCI with polygraph

2.Superb written and oral communications skills.

3.Familiarity with cross-domain concepts, terminology, and technologies.

4.Experience in analyzing and normalizing data obtained from various sources in disparate formats and structures.

5.Understanding of database structures, maintaining data, gathering and analyzing requirements, and planning incremental spiral developments.

6.Ability to work with mid-level to senior level technical and managerial personnel in the IC and DoD to develop automated interfaces for sharing (exporting/importing) among databases.

7.Oracle development skills a plus but not required.

8.Ability to multi-task, work independently with moderate direction and oversight, and to be a team player. Ability to simultaneously shift/fulfill roles of independent coordinator; team member; and team leader for different activities..

9.Ability to work in a diverse (IC & DoD) organization.

 

Travel Requirements

1.Approximately three out-of-state trips/yr totaling 12 days, ranging from a 1 week conference to shorter 2-3 day trips.

2.Frequent local travel in the Baltimore/Washington/Northern Virginia commuting area.

 

Additional Requirements

Member is joining a team that interacts and supports a diverse customer base. The member will be required to work in a very fluid and matrixed structure. As a result, any new candidate must also posses at least one of the below qualifications.

1.Education and/or experience working in a cross-community (IC & DoD) environment.

2.Experience with current US government cross domain offices and/or existing cross domain / network security certification and accreditation procedures.

3.Experiences involving the overall challenges of information sharing across US government agencies and/or between multi-national partners.

 

This position requires candidates to be United States Citizens and hold a lifestyle polygraph.
