Control/Communication Center Analyst  Please carefully review the duties of this position, as only candidates qualified to perform these functions will be considered:  Monitor Company's enterprise-wide network security system, responding to alarms, notifications, request for assistance, and other actions per data transmitted over the security network. Remotely monitor Company's location after hours or when Company-provided security officers are away from the local security monitoring station. Respond to security situations identified over the system, providing direction, placing calls, and ensuring menu direction for location are followed and implemented; follow up and monitor situations until resolved or released by Company's security. Receive calls during emergencies (weather and other) from employees or contractors, provide information as known or directed, record information and send to appropriate Company staff. Review digital video from event triggered cameras, determine significance; copy and move to storage server for those meeting criteria or potential need for future review. Update location specific data as changes or new information is received. Conduct remote video patrols as determined needed/identified by the Company's security for specific locations or as determined needed based on local activity during shift. Maintain an electronic log of all actions/transactions taken during shift. Complete electronic security report for incidents called to the Center. Monitor weather input and notify affected locations and offices and designated manager of impending adverse weather. Security Officer Basic Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.* Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 10 years of verifiable employment history.* At least one verifiable employer. * No criminal convictions as specified under AlliedBarton guidelines.* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.* Authorized to work in the United States.* Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.* Negative result on pre-employment drug screen.* Successful completion of AlliedBarton's Security Officer Basic Course exam. * Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.* Neat and professional appearance.* Friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to provide quality customer service.* Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.
