Job Description
• Perform high level contract & subcontract administration / management / negotiations involving significant contracts with minimal supervision.
• Reports to Director of Contracts.
• POC with customer.
• Provides thought leadership in addressing Contracts / Program issues.
• Ongoing interface with Program/Project Management and Project Accounting functions.
• Involved in contract/subcontract negotiations, RFP responses, etc.
• Must effectively interface with all levels of company management.
Education and Experience
• BA/BS required, with minimum of 5 years of Contracts Administration / Management experience.
• Strong written / verbal communications skills, strong knowledge of FARs / DFARs and related Government regulations and practices.
• GSA experience a plus.
• Self Starter.
• Computer proficient.
• TOP SECRET Clearance is a must.
